I shopped several other companies and they all had different reasons and methods to fix my problem. Even though AAA Basement Waterproofing was not the cheapest, I felt like they had the experience and man-power to get my job right the first time. After meeting Jeff Mahan, I cancelled three other estimates. Jeff made me feel very comfortable with him and AAA. He was courteous to me, my family and neighbors. Completely positive experience. AAA did what they said, at the agreed upon price and completed on time. Crawlspace was covered with water after heavy rains prior to their work. Has been bone-dry since (over one year now). Follow-up yearly maintenance visit was equally satisfactory.

I consulted another company before AAA and in comparing the two presentations, I became convinced the other company was unethical. They offered a process that was twice as expensive that would “solve” a problem I didn’t even have, and wouldn’t have done anything to reduce the humidity in my basement, which is the only issue I was trying to resolve. In addition, AAA Basement installed a moisture vapor barrier in my crawlspace for a very small fee, saving me money if I’d had someone else do that alone.
