Completely positive experience. AAA did what they said, at the agreed upon price and completed on time. Crawlspace was covered with water after heavy rains prior to their work. I consulted another company before AAA and in comparing the two basement waterproofing presentations, I became convinced the other company was unethical. They offered a process that was twice as expensive that would “solve” a problem I didn’t even have, and wouldn’t have done anything to reduce the humidity in my basement, which is the only issue I was trying to resolve. In addition, AAA Basement installed a moisture vapor barrier in my crawlspace for a very small fee, saving me money if I’d had someone else do that alone.
